Stephen Fry totalsågar Sony Ericsson och UIQ

Stephen Fry är mannen som använt vartenda telefon som finns som kan kallas för smartphone. I sin senaste smartphone-recension tar han an de senaste modellerna från HTC, Nokia, Sony Ericsson och Apple. Jag blev glad när jag läste hans SE-recension för äntligen kände jag att någon annan har fattat det. Om Sony Ericsson ska fortsätta göra världens dummaste smartphone kan de lika gärna börja sälja korv också.

Saxat från Frys recension om Sony Ericsson P1i,

"Is there not one person at either Sony E or Symbian who themselves uses the phone and says “hang on, we could do this better”? That’s all it takes. Just one person to point at the Emperor and shout “nudie!” That’s why Apple is Apple, they have people there (and of course it comes from the top) who say - “woah, not good enough, not cool enough, not simple enough, not fun enough, not sexy enough, not clever enough, not useful enough”. The P1i is what happens when “oh, that’ll do” becomes the corporate motto."

Fry har knappast något positivt att säga om P1:an,

"...we’ve got a very, very slow device that eats power, is difficult to use in varying environments and frequently hangs and crashes. In a word unusable."

och han avslutar även med att lägga till,

"...Sony Ericsson have rolled over and asked to be kicked and shagged roughly..."

wow kunde inte ha sagt det bättre själv. Hoppas någon från SE läser hans recension för antingen gör ni något åt era skräptelefoner eller så håller ni er till K och Walkman-serierna.
